Why BPA is not working or not able to log out?

Yesterday BPA is working, but today not able to use any of the features. I am still able to see my profile, but not able to log out?

At this point, you may have left the app open and was inactive throughout the night, as such the features sessions may have expired.

Due to security reasons BPA had auto log out the feature sessions for you, therefore you are unable to retrieve information from the system.

To access to the features, you just need to close the app and log in to the app again.
You should be able to access your information accordingly once you log in.
