What role should I assign to my members in the facility?

Users are connected through Facility.
So if you have more than 1 facilities, you will need to add the user(s) to the other facility, in order to manage the tickets related to that facility.

Assign the role to your members that best fits your organisation.

Roles
Owner:
YOU are the creator of the facility, with full control.

Manager:
Someone who assists you to manage and approve tickets related to the facility.

User:
Someone who raise the tickets and follows through on the tasks related to the facility.

Viewer:
Someone who joins your facility as a guest. Can only see your regular posts at home feeds, but tickets will not be included.
