“Session Expired”, what does it mean?

At this point, you may have left the app open and was inactive throughout the night, as such the features sessions may have expired.

Due to security reasons BPA had auto log out the feature sessions for you, therefore you are unable to retrieve information from the system.

You will need to log in to access to your account.
