I am not able to respond to the Ticket from Home Feeds.

You are only able to view the Ticket details from Home Feeds.
To respond, you will need to respond from the Ticket List.
1. Tap “Profile” at the bottom menu bar.
2. Select “Tickets”.
3. Select the ticket you would like to respond.
